If shortlisted, you’ll be invited to a Shams Squad Shoot Day — a full-day experience, fully provided by us, where we meet you in person, capture your first official images, and see your talent come alive. We don’t onboard through forms alone. Only after the shoot day do models officially join Shams — ensuring every face we represent has been personally met, photographed, and chosen with intention.
